How do I see my balance? ▾
Go to Wallet. Your current balance is shown at the top. Recent activity is listed below.
How do I send or request money? ▾
Open Send / Request, search for a person, enter the amount, and choose
Send or Request. You’ll get a confirmation before anything is submitted.
When do funds arrive? ▾
Most transfers are instant. If something looks delayed, check Activity for timestamps and notes.
Can I download my history? ▾
Yes. In Activity, pick a date range and choose Export CSV.
I lost access to my account. ▾
